Common questions
Where can you work on my car?
Anywhere it's safe and legal to work: your driveway, a parking lot at work, or the street in front of your home. If you're in an apartment complex or office lot, just check that the property allows it.
Is the online estimate my final price?
It's a close estimate based on book labor times and typical parts prices. We confirm the final price after inspecting the vehicle and before starting any work.
What if I don't know what's wrong?
Choose "Not sure" and describe what you're noticing, like a noise, a warning light or something that stopped working. The estimate will include a diagnostic visit so we can pinpoint the problem.
Are there repairs you can't do on site?
Jobs that need a vehicle lift or heavy shop equipment, like transmission rebuilds or major engine work, aren't a good fit for mobile repair. We'll tell you up front if your job falls into that group.
How do I pay?
We take all major credit and debit cards through Square. You can also split the cost into smaller payments with Afterpay.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Our labor is covered for 14 days. If something we fixed isn't right within two weeks, we'll come back and make it right at no labor charge. OmniAuto is also fully insured.
Do you bring the parts?
Yes. Once your repair is booked, we pick up the right parts for your vehicle and bring them with us.
